Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ZH pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted.
The 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To stay eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, reach out to us at 03dedication@gmail.com.
- Shipping Address: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the specific return shipping address.
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.
- Note: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as we won't be able to accept them.
Damages & Wrong Items
Quality and accountability are our top priorities. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
To keep our community safe and ensure the highest hygiene standards, there are a few exceptions:
- Bandanas: Because these are worn on the head/face, we cannot accept returns on bandanas once the original packaging has been opened. We prioritize the health and safety of all our customers.
- Personalized/Custom Items: Any item specially made for you cannot be returned.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your new favorite piece is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union "Cooling Off" Period
If we are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 10 days for any reason. The same "new condition" rules apply, and you will still need your proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approval: If all looks good, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing: Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies sometimes take a little extra time to post the refund to your account.
